The terms that govern text messages, voice calls, and related communications from Bridging Main.
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the text messages (SMS and MMS), voice calls, and related communications sent through the Bridging Main messaging program. This program is operated by Bridging Main LLC, the entity that owns the Bridging Main brand and is registered as the sender with our messaging provider (“Bridging Main,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The bridgingmain.com website is operated by Main St Holding I LLC dba Bridging Main under license from Bridging Main LLC.
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in, and reply STOP to any message you receive.
The messaging program
When you opt in, we may contact you by text message or voice call for purposes that include:
- Account, service, and status notifications
- Appointment, scheduling, and reminder messages
- Replies to questions or requests you send us
- Service updates and, where you have separately agreed to receive them, occasional informational messages about our services
We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages. If we introduce promotional messaging in the future, it will be sent only to people who have separately opted in to receive it, and every such message will include opt-out instructions.
How you opt in
You provide your consent to receive messages and calls in one or more of the following ways:
- Entering your mobile number in a form on our website and agreeing to receive messages
- Providing your number to us verbally or in writing and agreeing to be contacted
- Sending us a text message first
Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not share, sell, or rent the mobile numbers or consent information of people who opt in to any third party for that party’s own marketing purposes.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with us and the notifications you have requested.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Bridging Main does not charge you for receiving messages.
How to opt out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will stop receiving text messages from that program. To opt out of voice calls, tell us during any call or contact us using the details below and ask to be placed on our do-not-call list.
If you want to receive messages again after opting out, you can opt back in using any of the methods described under “How you opt in” above.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on successful transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change at any time and can include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others; wireless carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old. You agree to notify us if you stop using that number, and not to use our messaging program for any unlawful, harassing, or abusive purpose.
Privacy
Your phone number, consent records, message content, and call records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the messaging program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
