## About

Rob McQuade is the Principal of Bridging Main. He spent nearly a decade as a frontline property manager before being promoted into a portfolio-level operations and systems role at a mid-size regional property management company in Southern California—roughly 7,000 units across 200+ properties. In that role he became a platform administrator, led every major technology rollout, designed training for 70+ professionals, built onboarding and operational documentation, created inspection workflows and best practices scripts, and achieved full platform adoption within 18 months of every rollout. He still works inside PMC operations daily—by choice—because it keeps every Bridging Main engagement grounded in current operational reality. Licensed California real estate professional since 2003. Member of the Southern California Rental Housing Association, California Association of REALTORS, and National Association of REALTORS. Based in Southern California, serving PMCs nationwide.
